Established in 1978 by President and CEO, Patrick M. Brennan.
With an education in Business and previous law enforcement, public safety and security experience, Patrick recognized a deficiency in the level of service provided by typical security firms.
High Sierra Patrol was founded with an unyielding desire to change the image and Raise the Bar. We are proud to provide a competent and dependable level of professional service to the consumer on on a contract basis.
Believing that the quality of our staff is what makes the difference, each Patrolman selected has undergone a thorough background investigation, including criminal and DMV checks, and all personnel are drug tested. Each Patrolman undergoes a documented Field Training Program which exceeds current industry standards. Each Patrolman is then evaluated on his/her ability to work responsibly in a position of trust, and their capability of making sound, independent decisions under stressful conditions.
Patrolman are uniformed in distinctive professional uniform attire, and are provided with all required modern safety and communications equipment.
Once the client's objectives are understood and agreed upon, High Sierra Patrol's Management Team will carry forward to accomplish the task. The client has no responsibility for supervising the Patrolmen, as they are disciplined and responsible, and closely supervised by this agency.
